ME909u-521 Mini PCIe is a variant of ME909u-521 with standard Mini PCIe form factor. It is high-quality designed LTE module which especially for industrial-grade M2M applications such as vehicle telematics, tracking, mobile payment, industrial router, safety monitor and industrial PDAs.

ME909u-521 Mini PCIe supports 100Mbps downlink data rate, includes enhanced features like FOTA, USSD, IPV6/IPV4 and Huawei enhanced AT commands.

Introduction:
The Huawei ME909u-521 (ME909E) Mini PCI Express is a LTE module with a 145-pin LGA form factor mounted on a Mini PCI Express board, supporting seven LTE FDD-bands. Quad-band DC-HSPA+ and quad-band GPRS/EDGE for European network coverage is included as fall-back.
This module is part of Huawei's new family of modules, including MU509 (HSDPA), MU609 (HSPA+) and ME909 (LTE) which are all pin-to-pin compatible to enable a clear and easy path for future integration. This makes the integration of any one of these modules very future-proof.
